JO MALONE – VELVET ROSE & OUD

Opens with moderate oud & rose notes…some spice (clove). Remains pretty constant through dry down with oud, rose & clove. A bit creamy in the end. The Rose is noticeable more so as an element to keep a clean, velvety aspect to rich and warm cloves, and praline: the Oud here is more for body and smells really quite good underneath. After the first few hours the rose breaks through and does a little dance with the cloves, and it seems milder, as if its feminine side comes to the forefront.
