By registering and accepting Inspired Fragrance Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and all information and details provided are your correct, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party. If we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.
If you wish to contact us please  email info@inspiredfragrance.co.za our core Customer Services Team are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (except public Holidays). Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do operate an email system so all email will be dealt with in the order received.
Any complaints should be made in writing by email to info@inspiredfragrance.co.za. Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days. The customer will be informed of all progress.
Offers and Promotions
Only two promotional code can be used per order and any promotions or offers cannot be added after the order has been placed. Please see individual offers for further details.
Free Gifts
Free gifts are only available during specific promotional periods, whilst stocks last. Cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative and no free gift is exchangeable or refundable. Unless stated customers cannot choose the free gift they will receive. All free gifts are subject to availability and non transferable. Free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order. By taking advantage of this offer you are accepting the above terms and conditions.
Competitions held on our social channels or on our website are subject to these terms and conditions. Only entries from the countries listed on our delivery page are valid. The prize winner will receive the photographed item or listed prize. The winner will be notified by email or directly by their social media handles. Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. The winner must respond within a month of being announced, if they do not respond within this period they will be unable to claim the prize.

Your tracking number will be available in the My Account section on the website. You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, if you are not available to receive your order, you should contact the courier to make another arrangement .

*All orders are tracked. Your order will be delivered by The Courier Guy and there terms and conditions would apply to all deliveries.

If you receive any items which have faulty sprayers or damaged please return the items within 7 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages.
If you wish to cancel your order please notify Inspired Fragrance  by email within the same day of placing our order.  Return all goods in original condition. Inspired Fragrance will not be liable for return mail costs.
(Please note we will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any other courier service). Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Inspired Fragrance will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.

During Stock Take there may be a slight delay in order processing but orders will still be delivered within advertised delivery times.

All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.

Inspired Fragrance  does not operate a price-matching policy.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
We accept payment by credit/debit cards:  Visa, Mastercard through a secure payment method of Payfast. Inspired Fragrance  will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment. Please ensure you include delivery address and contact details.
Please notify Inspired Fragrance if your  Delivery has not arrived after 15 working days.  Your parcel may then be deemed ‘missing’ and we can offer a replacement or refund. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, or full address details. inspired Fragrance reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of ordering may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, Inspired Fragrance  reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.
Inspired Fragrance reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.
Inspired Fragrance  reserves the right to withdraw, restrict use of promotional codes, and restrict use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.
Once an order has been placed, Inspired Fragrance are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.
If Inspired Fragrance  is unable to fulfill part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. Inspired Fragrance  will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
Due to restrictions shipping certain products, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. Should this be the case ,Inspired  Fragrance will contact you to advise prior to the dispatch of the order.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.

Inspired Fragrance does not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through Payfast which is a secure site.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2021 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Inspired Fragrance express permission to do so

This is a very important document in our company and we take your data and personal information very seriously and this is why we have created this very detailed Privacy Policy document below.

What law are we referring to with referencing POPIA? 

In a South African context, we are referring to being compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act but we also comply with GDPR requirements for any international visitors.

Is our Privacy Policy set in stone? 

This policy is very likely to be updated in the future as laws and requirements alter. If there is an important change that affects you or your information then we will notify you by email.

The current version of this document is highlighted at the top of this page. As new versions are published we will save older versions which can be made available to you upon request.

What kind of information do we collect or process? 

Depending on your interaction on our website and what you choose to opt-in for we may process basic or more detailed info.

When you purchase any of our fragrances you may be asked for further info including your address and payment information.

Where are we collecting your data? 

We collect your data on our website when it is submitted to us and via technology partner platforms Mailchimp when you join us there and willingly submit your info.

When people join our Facebook group they are given the option of submitting their email to receive updates from us. This is another place where your info could be collected with your permission.

We may use data collected by 3rd party advertising partners (like Facebook) where you have given your consent to them. In these instances, we will not have direct access to your information but will have access to be able to show relevant ads to you via their anonymized info.

Should your personal information change, please inform us and provide us with updates to your personal information as soon as reasonably possible to enable us to update your personal information.

You may choose to provide additional personal information to us, in which event you agree to provide accurate and current information, and not to impersonate or misrepresent any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with anyone or anything.

How do we use your personal information? 

We collect your data so that we can engage with you relating to services or information which you have requested info about or to provide you with the services that you have purchased from us. We will only do this with your expressed consent which is given when you provide your information through our website in accordance with this privacy policy.

In order to fulfill our services, we may disclose your info with the Payfast payment, each of which has agreed to this Privacy Policy and to our internal information breach policies as required within the laws of the POPI Act. In the event that you have selected to opt-in via one of our affiliate partners then the info may be shared with that specific affiliate.

If required to fulfill a service we may pass your information over to third-party partners such as courier partners like The Courier Guy as they will need your delivery details for delivery or payment partners like PayFast or Stripe so that they can process the payments which you have agreed to.

We are entitled to use or disclose your personal information if such use or disclosure is required in order to comply with any applicable law, subpoena, order of court or legal process served on us, or to protect and defend our rights or property. In the event of a fraudulent online payment, Inspired Fragrance is entitled to disclose relevant personal information for criminal investigation purposes or in line with any other legal obligation for disclosure of the personal information which may be required of it.

Inspired Fragrance undertakes never to sell or make your personal information available to any third party other than as provided for in this policy.

You may, from time to time, receive emails relating to content on:

Any and all marketing emails sent from Inspired Fragrance include the option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email in one click. So, if you would like to be unsubscribed from our emails then simply click that link and we will honour that request.

Occasionally we will send targeted campaigns and there may be an option to opt-out of that campaign plus the option to unsubscribe from all our marketing emails. Please check that you select the right option for what you would like to achieve.

Ratings and Reviews

When you provide a rating or review on any of our platforms, you consent to us using that rating or review as we deem fit, including without limitation on the Website, in newsletters, or other marketing material. If you do not agree to this, please do not put any ratings or reviews on the Website.

Data shelf life 

All the information that we process has a shelf life that is available upon request.

This means that we “clean” our database on a regular basis by removing users who have not interacted with us over a certain period.

In this instance, the user will be unsubscribed however their info may still be stored securely on our system for historical purposes.

What are the rights of a data subject? 

At any time you can request to access whatever data we have on you.

You can request it to be edited or deleted entirely.

Or you may withdraw your consent.

All your rights are protected in line with the requirements of the POPI Act.
