All our shampoo bars come in 2 sizes  – A 25g sample bar and 38g

Rose Geranium and Mango butter Shampoo Solid Bar – for normal or colour treated hair. Use it along with our Nourishing conditioner bar of your choice.

*Dry to Normal Shampoo Bar is especially good for colour treated hair as Rose Geranium Oil essential oil revives the hair’s vibrancy and gives it a great shine. It also promotes hair growth by nourishing the scalp and balancing the production of sebum and natural oils.

*Dry to Normal shampoo bar also has the amazing ingredient Mango Butter, which is an excellent emollient, and gives hair a lovely shine. If you like butters, but don’t like the greasy finish something like shea butter leaves, you need mango butter. It’s amazing.

SHAMPOO BAR DIRECTIONS: Just rub the shampoo bar directly onto your wet hair, and gently massage the hair & scalp to form a rich lather. Rinse your hair thoroughly, and be sure to allow your bar to dry completely between uses. That’s it!

STORING TIP: To optimize your bar’s life, store on a dry surface that drains well and let the bars air dry.

 

The longevity of a 30g shampoo bar can vary depending on several factors, including the frequency of use, the length and thickness of your hair, and how the shampoo bar is stored between uses. However, as a rough estimate, a 30g shampoo bar could last anywhere from 10 to 20 washes for individuals with short to medium-length hair.

If you have longer or thicker hair, you may find that you go through the shampoo bar more quickly, as you’ll need to use more product per wash to adequately cover and cleanse your hair. Conversely, if you have shorter or thinner hair, you may find that the shampoo bar lasts longer since you’ll need less product each time you wash.

Proper storage of the shampoo bar can also affect its longevity. To ensure that your shampoo bar lasts as long as possible, it’s essential to keep it dry between uses. Store it in a well-drained soap dish or on a soap saver to allow excess water to drain away and prevent the bar from becoming soft and mushy.

Ultimately, the best way to determine how long a 30g shampoo bar will last for you is through personal experience.

All Shampoo bars are made with gentle surfactants (cleansers), and they are not soap!  A pH-balanced shampoo bar has a pH range of 4.5 – 5.5. It is gentler on the hair follicles and scalp. In our formulation, we pair two surfactants to create a mild cleansing effect that leaves the scalp clean.

*Packed with wonderful hair loving ingredients – this shampoo bar is made with:

-Wheat Germ Oil  – it has Vitamins E, D, and A which helps to strengthen the hair and also provide them the required moisture and shine.
-Panthenol – also known as Pro-vitamin B5, it improves hair elasticity, shine, moisture retention and flexibility.
-Wheat Protein – helps to thicken and add volume to hair, as well as adding shine and also having hair repairing properties
-Mango Butter works as an effective scalp conditioner that seals in moisture and reduces breakage and hair loss by strengthening hair follicles. It protects hair from drying, thereby controlling frizz and boosting volume to keep it looking and feeling soft, lush, and lustrous.

*They are pH balanced and have been formulated to have a pH of 5.5 which matches our hair’s natural pH. This means that the shampoo bar will help to keep your hair in perfect condition.

*So what about the other ingredient – what are they?

-Sodium Cocoyl Isethioniate, made from coconuts, it creates a lovely feel during use and leaves hair feeling clean and soft.
-Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (Slsa), must not be confused with (Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLS) as it’s completely different. It can be confusing as they sound similar but SLS is a cheap,
harsh foaming sulphate (bad!) whilst SLSA is a mild and safe cleanser made from Coconut and -Cocamidopropyl Betaine is a very mild surfactant (cleanser) which gently washes your hair with a luxurious foam. It is made from coconut oil.
-Cetearyl Alcohol and Cetyl Alcohol are used as emulsion stabilisers and emollients and are derived from coconuts. Not to be confused with ‘bad alcohols’, such as denatured alcohol,
these are ‘good fatty alcohols’ which are not irritating and are beneficial in hair and skin care products.
-Rosemary Essential Oil – helps to promote hair growth and blended with the Rose Geranium Essential oil to make the shampoo bar smell divine!
